These variations do not constitute faults.

Our wax melts are intended for use in appropriate wax warmers only.
Customers must:

Never leave a burner unattended
Use only suitable tealights or electric warmers
Wax On accepts no liability for misuse of products.
5. Allergies and Sensitivities
Our products may contain fragrance oils and ingredients that could cause sensitivities in some individuals.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched. We currently accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days using Evri or Royal Mail standard UK shipping services. We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by postal services
Lost parcels marked as delivered
Incorrect addresses provided by customers
