Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.
During busy periods, launches, or seasonal sales, dispatch times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.
UK Shipping
Wax On currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are shipped using either Evri or Royal Mail standard delivery services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays that are outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate.
Wax On is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at waxonwaxmelts@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
Wax On is not liable for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photographs of the damaged item(s)
Photographs of the packaging
