Find your tracking information
Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email from us. That email contains a tracking link you can use to follow your parcel's journey.
You can also check your order status at any time by logging into your account:
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Click on the order you'd like to track
- Your tracking link will appear on the order details page
Don't have an account?
If you checked out as a guest, look for the dispatch confirmation email in your inbox (including your junk/spam folder). It will contain your tracking link directly.
